Refund Policy

  •  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

    At Amathyst, we value fairness for both Users and Creators. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both sides of the platform.


    Cancellation by User

  • 48+ Hours Before Booking: Full refund issued.
  • 24–48 Hours Before Booking: 50% refund.
  • Under 24 Hours: No refund, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified emergency).
  • No-Show by User

  • No-shows without notice result in full charge. Repeated offenses may result in account suspension.

  • Cancellation by Creator

  • Users receive a full refund if a Creator cancels.
  • If a Creator frequently cancels or no-shows, they may be suspended or removed from the platform.

  • Dispute Resolution

    Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of a completed booking via the app or by emailing: suport@amathyst.co
    Amathyst reserves final judgment on refund eligibility.
